Is it possible the heatsink was overtightened? Could also be a damaged chip or excess of thermal paste.

Are you running the latest firmware? Have you tried resetting the device?

Has it ever hashed since you got it yesterday? I would check that your wifi is active and configured correctly in AXE, and then double check stratum url for pool config.

What brand is your router? I had an issue with Asus AI protection thinking my miner was a malicious actor and kept kicking it off the network.

Could also try moving closer to your router in case any walls or obstructions in the way.

Have you upgraded any components since purchase such as fan or heatsink?
